For more than 20 years, Pfizer has been helping people without prescription drug coverage. With our family of programs,
people can save on Pfizer medicines, no matter their age or income. Many people can even get their medicine for free, depending
on their income.

At the doctor’s office

Connection to Care™ is Pfizer’s longest-running patient assistance program. It offers 75 Pfizer medicines for free to eligible
patients through their doctors' offices.

At the pharmacy

Pfizer Pfriends® offers savings on Pfizer medicines at the pharmacy. More than 95% of retail pharmacies in
the United States participate in the program. Pfizer Pfriends was developed in 2004 as the first patient assistance program
to offer savings to people without prescription coverage, no matter their age or income. Greater savings are given to those
with the greatest need.

Sharing the Care™ offers free Pfizer medicines through federally funded community health centers. This program was developed
in 1993 in partnership with the National Association of Community Health Centers® and the National Governors
Association. More than 450 community health centers participate nationwide.
