Through the Pfizer Hospital Partnership Program, Pfizer partners with more than 40 hospitals across the United States, serving many uninsured and underinsured patients.
To receive free Pfizer medicines, you must:- Be a registered outpatient of the hospital or hospital system
- Have no prescription drug insurance coverage of any kind, including private insurance or public assistance covering medicines, such as Medicaid and Medicare
- Meet the household income guidelines for this program
- Live in the United States

Medicine will be provided at no cost at more than 40 participating hospitals in the United States.
Your total gross annual household income must be at or below 2 times the federal
poverty level (see the chart below).
- Total number of persons in the household includes yourself and each of your dependents
- Total gross income includes incomes from all earners in your household before taxes
and deductions
