Pfizer Pfriends provides savings on many branded Pfizer medicines at participating pharmacies in the United States, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. The program helps qualified patients without prescription coverage, regardless of age or income.

• People with income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level have saved an average of 32% off the retail price of their Pfizer medicines
• Individuals and families earning more have saved an average of 15% off the retail price

How do I apply?
To apply to Pfizer Pfriends, please:

• Download an application or request it by calling 1-866-706-2400
• Complete the application, which covers the entire family. No proof of income is required

The application will be processed in 2 to 3 weeks. If approved, you will receive a welcome kit in the mail. This kit includes your Pfizer Pfriends savings card(s). You can begin using your savings card(s) at participating pharmacies when filling your prescription for Pfizer medicines.

To continue receiving program benefits, you must reapply each year.
