Pfizer Pfriends helps eligible patients without prescription coverage get savings on their Pfizer medicines through participating pharmacies, regardless of their age or income.

How to qualify

To receive savings on Pfizer medicines, patients must:

Have been prescribed a Pfizer medicine available through Pfizer Pfriends
Have no prescription coverage
Live in the United States, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands

Application process

Applying is easy. Just follow these 2 steps:

Download an application here.
Complete the application, which covers a patient’s entire family. Proof of income is not required.

Application approval

Applications will be processed in 2 to 3 weeks. If approved, patients will receive their Pfizer Pfriends savings card(s), which they can begin using immediately at their pharmacy when filling Pfizer prescriptions.

How patients receive their medicines

Patients can bring their Pfizer Pfriends card to any participating pharmacy to receive savings on their Pfizer prescriptions. For a list of participating pharmacies, click here.

Your total gross annual household income must be at or below 2 times the federal poverty level (see the chart below).

Total number of persons in the household includes yourself and each of your dependents
Total gross income includes incomes from all earners in your household before taxes and deductions

^*The Pfizer Pfriends savings program is not health insurance. For a complete list of participating pharmacies, please click here or call the toll-free number 866-706-2400. There are no membership fees to participate in the Pfizer Pfriends program. Estimated savings range from 15-36% and depend on such factors as the particular drug purchased, amount purchased, and the pharmacy where purchased.
